Terms of Use

1) Parties and Roles

The eduSis Kolej Mobile app service is provided jointly by the relevant school or institution and Veridizayn.

The school or institution is responsible for its own internal processes and rules, while Veridizayn is responsible for the technical provision and operation of the app.

2) User and Authorization

Users are primarily parents or guardians.

Where authorized by the school or institution, non-student user accounts may also be used.

The service may only be used by users authorized by the relevant school or institution.

3) Service Scope

The app provides functions such as viewing balance, viewing balance transactions, reviewing spending records, viewing entry-exit and cafeteria transactions, managing limits and restrictions, generating QR codes and optionally initiating balance top-up.

The school or institution may narrow or expand the service scope in line with its operational rules.

4) Account Creation, Password and Access

At the request of the school or institution, or when the relationship or agreement ends, all accounts linked to that school may be suspended or closed.

• No in-app account creation. Accounts are created server-side based on the school or institution’s request.
• Users may change their passwords within the app. Password confidentiality and security are the responsibility of the user.

5) Payments and Balance Top-Ups

The balance top-up feature is optional. Loaded balances can only be used at payment points within the school or institution.

Payments are made by redirecting to a payment page within an in-app WebView and the payment infrastructure is provided by Payten.

Card details are not processed or stored by the app. No additional commission or fee is charged by Veridizayn for this transaction.

Refund, cancellation and dispute processes are subject to the school or institution’s policies. Veridizayn is not responsible for disputes arising from school or payment provider processes.

6) Acceptable Use

Rooted or jailbroken devices may create security risks. The user is responsible for any risks or damages that may occur on such devices.

• Do not share your account or access credentials with third parties.
• Do not reverse engineer the app or attempt to derive its source code.
• Do not exploit security vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not overload the service by sending excessive requests through automation or bots.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

7) Service Availability, Maintenance and Updates

Temporary interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, security updates or technical failures.

App and server-side updates may be required.

Veridizayn is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by school infrastructure, internet connectivity or institutional systems.

8) Limitation of Liability

The school or institution is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of records displayed in the app and for operating institutional processes.

Veridizayn cannot be held responsible for issues arising from institutional infrastructure, authorization errors or disruptions originating from school systems.

9) Suspension and Termination

The school or institution may suspend accounts in line with its own rules.

If the agreement or relationship between the school or institution and Veridizayn ends, Veridizayn may suspend or terminate access for all accounts linked to that school.

10) Intellectual Property and License

Intellectual property rights related to the app, brand, software and design elements belong to Veridizayn.

The user is granted a non-transferable and limited license solely for the purpose of using the service.

11) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Provisions on jurisdiction and disputes are determined in accordance with the agreement with the school or institution.

12) Updates and Contact

Updates to these terms are published on the website and take effect on the publication date.
