1) Scope and Roles
This policy explains the principles regarding the processing of personnel data within the Momento PDKS Mobile app.
Momento PDKS Mobile is a self-service mobile application that enables authorized personnel to access, on their mobile devices, the data stored in the institution’s database and made available to them by the institution.
In this service, the data controller is the relevant institution. Veridizayn acts as the service provider on behalf of that institution.
Data may be processed and stored on the systems of the institution or on infrastructure operated on its behalf.
2) Account Management and Authentication
For security purposes, user identity and session activity may be written to technical logs.
Users may choose to store login credentials on their device.
- No in-app account creation. Accounts are created and managed by the institution.
- Authentication is performed using credentials defined by the institution.
3) Types of Data Processed
Within the scope of the app, data stored in the institution’s database and made accessible by the institution to personnel may be processed.
The categories of processed data may vary depending on the institution’s usage scenario and the personnel data fields made available through the app.
Such data may include institutional personnel data related to identity, profile, contact, leave, payroll, department, announcements and similar personnel processes.
Location data is not processed. Camera, gallery, contacts or push notification permissions are not used.

4) Purpose of Processing
Processed data is used for presenting, displaying and, where technically required, transferring the personnel data stored in the institution’s database and made accessible by the institution on mobile devices.
In its first version, the app mainly offers viewing and tracking functionality.
5) Payroll and File Handling
Payroll documents are displayed as PDFs within the app.
Payroll files are presented for viewing without being downloaded to the device’s general file area by the app.
6) Third Parties and Transfers
The app is developed using Expo infrastructure.
No additional third-party SDKs are used for analytics, crash reporting or advertising.
No other third-party data sharing is intended.
7) Retention Periods
- Operational records may be kept for certain periods for security and operational needs.
- Backups may be retained on a rolling basis in line with technical processes.
- Other data is retained according to institutional policies and contractual relationships.
8) Account Deletion and Data Requests
The app does not include a direct account deletion initiation feature.
Account closure and data requests are handled through the relevant institution.

9) Security
Access control, secure communication and technical logging mechanisms are used to prevent unauthorized access.
Technical records such as IP address, device information and user identity may be retained for operational security.
