1) Parties and Roles

The Momento PDKS Mobile service is provided jointly by the relevant institution and Veridizayn.

The institution is responsible for its personnel processes, database content and user authorization. Veridizayn is responsible for the technical delivery and operation of the app.

2) User and Authorization

The app is designed only for existing employees of the institution.

The service may only be used by users authorized by the relevant institution.

3) Service Scope

The app enables mobile access to personnel data stored in the institution’s database and made available by the institution.

In its first version, the app provides employee self-service functions such as profile information, leave status, payroll viewing and announcements.

The institution may narrow or expand the service scope in line with its operational rules.

4) Account Creation, Password and Access

Users may choose to store login credentials on their device.

Access may be suspended or closed upon institutional request or when the relationship with the institution ends.

• No in-app account creation. Accounts are created server-side by the institution.
• Login credentials are provided to the user by the institution.

5) Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account or access credentials with third parties.
• Do not reverse engineer the app or attempt to derive its source code.
• Do not exploit security vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not overload the service through automation or bots.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

6) Service Availability, Maintenance and Updates

Temporary interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, security updates or technical failures.

App and server-side updates may be required.

Veridizayn is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by institutional infrastructure, internet connectivity or institutional systems.

7) Limitation of Liability

The relevant institution is ultimately responsible for the accuracy, freshness and institutional processing of records displayed in the app.

The decision to make specific data available through the app is also determined by the relevant institution’s authority and preferences.

Veridizayn cannot be held responsible for authorization errors or disruptions originating from institutional systems.

8) Suspension and Termination

The institution may suspend accounts in line with its own rules.

If the agreement or relationship between the institution and Veridizayn ends, access may be suspended or terminated.

9) Intellectual Property and License

Intellectual property rights related to the app, brand, software and design elements belong to Veridizayn.

The user is granted a limited license solely for the purpose of using the service.

10) Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
